G2 series printers are built for the future
Every Printex pad printer with the capabilities of accepting an optional accessory has, factory installed electrical, pneumatic and mechanical quick change coupling system. Allowing for easy on-site installations of the many modular part handling systems Printex has to offer:
- Motor drive cam actuated turntable (one color printing), 4, 6 or 8-position, to facilitate pre/post-treatment and parts handling
- Pneumatic two-position part indexer (two color printing)
- Servo driven four-position linear part indexer (four-color printing, single fixture station)
- 14 position carousel indexer (high-volume four color printing, 14 identical fixture stations)
- 24" max. transverse cup drive and plate system (long format printing)

Printex G2 XYR fixture table fits all standard printex bench top Pad printing machines.
The large work platform, along with Printex adjustable elevator provides a spacious work area to accommodate a variety of parts to be printed.
Featuring precision machined aluminum construction throughout, and hardened steel rack and pinion components for X and Y calibration movements. A square pattern of standard _ -20 threaded mounting holes are provided for easy attachment of nesting fixtures.

Printex has developed a calibration free, pin registered image plate system.
The system allows for multi-colored applications to align without the need for any additional set-up time at the printer. Using the Punch and Registration tool, allows for punching corresponding holes in the film and the photo-polymer plates, and then register the two together for exposure.
Each multi-colored pad printer is equipped with a precision pin registered plate adapter. This adapter aligns the centerlines of each printing plate with any of our modular part handling systems.

G3 Double-Edge
Ceramic Rings

Printex G3 Sealed Ink Cups feature diamond-lapped, double edge vitreous ceramic doctoring rings. The double edge rings can be easily replaced by the user if one side should become damaged.
Each inking cup is made of machined aluminum and finished with a durable anodized finish for easy clean-up. Features include:

New Ceramic Rings are as hard and durable as carbide.
- Ceramic Rings slide smoother than carbide. No sticking!
- Ceramic Rings work as well as carbide on steel plates but work even better than carbide on photopolymer plates, thereby extending plate life.
- G3 Rings are Double Sided-User Installable for maximum convenience.
- Ceramic Rings cost approximately 40% less than carbide. Customers get real cost savings.
