Three Color Two-Sided Printing System With Fixture Rotation, Auto Unload
AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
This system is designed to print three colors on two sides of an automotive connector assembly. The machine incorporates six G2-60 pad printers and a 50-inch diameter turntable in an enclosed and guarded housing with augmenting robotics.
Rotational actuators automatically index the precision fixture tooling midway through the load cycle to pick up the second print position. Robotic part unload is present at the end of the print cycle. Part loading is done manually by the operator.

Highlights of the system include:
- Six XYR adjustable printer stages;
- Twelve 180 degree indexing part holding fixtures with auto locking mechanism;
- Two automatic fixture rotate stations;
- Four axis robotic part take off station;
- Touch screen controls;
- All machine guards are interlocked;
