Printex presents G3-e, a servo-driven pad printer for stand-alone use or inline automation applications. The G3-e offers state-of-the-art sealed inking technology, and digital touch-screen controls.
Featuring high-speed, high torque servo drives, the G3-e can deliver pad compression force up to 450 lbs and achieve 1400 cycles per hour while maintaining repeatability of +/- 0.013mm. The zero-adjustment pin registration plate system uses servo power to slide the plate under the pad for ink pick up, eliminating the pad lateral motion. Benefits of this system include no pad vibration, and increased printing cycle speeds.
Through the touch screen control interface, the user can adjust print stroke, ink stroke and image pickup position (plate travel) independently in 0.01" increments as well as print and ink dwell settings. In addition, a unique pad-hold-down feature enhances the machine's printing capabilities. Additional plug-and-play options available are: Auto Pad Tape-off and Two Color kit.
The G3-e comes with an XY-R machine stage ready to accept part fixtures. The optional machine stand provides a stable platform to secure the machine. The G3-e uses standard 115 VAC power eliminating the need for special high voltage connections.
