This printing system illustrates what can be accomplished with the G2 modular system, ingenious design and engineering. The clever fixture tool and pneumatic shuttle mounted on this G2-100/115 printer enables the printing of two parts on two sides each in one machine cycle.

Once a pair of parts are loaded on the fixture, a print cycle is performed, printing both parts with the first artwork on side 1. The fixture then rotates both parts while simultaneously shuttling the fixture tool to the second print station. The printer executes and second print cycle, marking side two of both parts with different artwork. The shuttle the returns to the unload position and the parts are released.
