As part of our commitment to you, our customer, Printex is always looking for ways to assist in lowering cost, increasing value, and improving efficiency. Therefore, in the tradition of our G2 series of equipment, which is to optimize our customer's capital investment, Printex is pleased to offer two styles of G2 Modular Platforms
These modular platforms have been designed to work with one to four Printex G2-60 and/or G2-100 sealed ink cup pad printing machines. |
- Precision quick-mounting base.
- Serial port for rapid mechanical and electrical
interface with the AMP turn table platform.
- LCD digital control panel.
- Absolute pad positioning.
- Preprogrammed for stand-alone or "Plug-and-Play" interface operation.

The AMP has been designed to work with up to four Printex G2 series bench top pad printing machines. The center-piece of the AMP features an intelligent turntable platform featuring:
- On board programmable confonttroller with Touch screen user interface.
- Pre-designated pad printer stations with built in XYR adjustable printer stages.
- Room for between-print and post-print hot air assist drying stations (optional)
- "Plug-and-Play" electrical and pneumatic connections .
- Room for Automatic part load and unload stations (optional).
- Vacuum assisted fixture tooling.
