All G2 machines utilize Printex’s production proven sealed-inking technology, with magnetic hold down, and user installable double-edge stabilized vitreous ceramic seal rings. The Printex sealed inking system offers longer uninterrupted run times, plate life, and consistency of performance. All G2 printers share our “Zero Adjustment/ Pin Registration/ Quick Change Image-Plate System”.
The G2 60/85 printer is equipped with a programmable controller and touch screen interfac featuring easy-to-use print mode selection, machine set up functions and multiple job setting recall. A built in electrical quick connect and software enables this printer to readily interface with fully automated production lines.
As with all G2 series printers, the G2-60/85 can be used as a stand-alone machine (manual load/unload), or it can be combined with other G2 printers on a Printex AMP or SMP Modular Platform for automated or multicolor production. Installation and removal of a G2-60/85 to and from the AMP or SMP can be accomplished in under five minutes. The G2-60/85 comes ready to accept our optional G2 electric rotary table as “plug-and-play” modular attachment. Additional accessories, such as the Printex automatic pad tape-off unit and machine stand, will increase the performance capabilities of this printer.
The G2 60/85 printer will accept (either/or) 60 mm and 85 mm cup and zero adjust pin registered quick change plate system.
