G2-175 In a class of large, stand alone, multi purpose pad printing machines, the G2-175 is a standard bearer for this industry. Having a larger “C” frame and a more powerful drive train than the G2-150, the G2-175 machine is capable of printing up to six colors and art work up to 25” in length by using an array of optional user-installable, plug-and-play part indexing systems; inking systems; and zero-adjustment pin registered plate systems. Many of the plug-and-play systems developed for the G2- 175 printer are compatible with the smaller G2-150 printer, and in keeping with the Printex G2 design philosophy, all G2-175 plug and play components feature system to printer rapid deployment or detachment. The user friendly touch screen control panel features print mode selection; machine set up functions; and multiple job settings recall. The software in the G2-175’s on board programmable controller in combination with built in electrical quick connects enable the G2-175’s to easily interface with fully automated production lines to operate as a dedicated print stations. The G2-175 print head assembly has a vertically adjustable starting point. This feature allows the operator to either increase or decrease the pad to plate travel distance to accommodate for varying pad heights. This feature is allows for reduces over print cycle time when small and short print pad are used. |

G2-175 Turn table (motor driven cam indexed) “plug and play” system. The G2-175 motor drive/cam indexed turn table offers precise part indexing while allowing for increased output through simultaneous loading and printing. The turn table separates the operator from the printer. Optional pretreatment; post print drying; and automatic part removal stations can be added around the turn table to increase both capabilities and speed. The standard 24” diameter table allows the user to select between four, six or eight station indexers depending on part size and or application at the time of order. Attachment of this turn table is quick and simple, requiring no tools. |

G2-175 Transverse “plug and play” cup drive and plate system : The plug-and-play transverse cup drive and plate system allows for longer and wider printing areas of up to 4.25” tall and up to 30” long. The transverse inking plate system easily installs in under 5 minutes, to allow switching between wide format and standard printing. Once installed, the cup travel quickly adjusts between 24", 30" and 36" while retaining the same pad to plate center point. The transverse cup system is ideal for printing on long parts or rectangular artwork. |

G2-175 6 Color “plug and play” carousel indexer: The six color carousel indexer features an oval track with 18 stations. The G2-175 six color inking and plate system can accommodate six color artwork that fit in a 3.75” diameter area. The six printing stations on the indexer feature shot pin locking mechanism to ensure dead-on accuracy. The index picth is 5.5”. The carousel can be operated in single indexing mode when printing six color applications, or double indexing mode for two-up three color printing. Part pretreatment and post print drying stations as well as automatic part load and unload devices can be added to the indexer.

G2-175 6 Color “plug and play” servo driven shuttle indexer: The G2-175 plug-and-play six color servo driven linear indexer allows for images that contain up to six colors and fit in a 3.75” diameter image area to be printed sequentially. The part remains in the fixture and is moved between print stations with micrometer precision using a linear servo slide. The pitch is set up for 5.5” and can adjust laterally in +/- .001” increments. Stations can be selectively turned on and off to save time when printing in less than six colors. Once the linear servo slide is purchased, it can also be used for two color applications, saving the need to purchase a pneumatic slide. The zero-adjustment pin registration plate system developed by Printex allows for rapid plate changes and precise print every time with no setup readjustment needed. An adjustable delay between cycles allows the user enough time for loading and unloading of parts. |

G2-175 independent multiple print head option: -- not shown -- The independent multiple print head option is available in two; three; four; and six color configurations. Multiple independent print heads mounted on a single carriage allows for individually adjustable pad pressure for inking and print strokes at different print stations as well as enabling multiple print cycle at a given station during a multi color print cycle sequence. This option is typically used in conjunction with the 4 or 6 color “plug and play” servo driven shuttle indexer. The G2-175 multiple print head option is not a plug and play option as it requires a taller machine main frame. Therefore, this option must be pre selected prior to machine purchase. |
