The new G2-150M series printer is a sturdy and capable "stand-alone" pad printer, sharing the same mechanical specifications, main frame construction, quality pneumatic and mechanical components, and printing capacity as the G2-150 which set the standard in the industry. It is proven to be a versatile pad printer and even a dedicated component to an automated production line.
A more powerful drive train than the G2-125 or BOSS-125, bolstered by a large and robust open "C" frame, the G2-150M handles bigger graphics on larger parts. An array of optional user-installable, "plug-and-play" part indexing systems; inking systems; and zero-adjustment pin registered plate systems, allow the G2-150M to tackle single; multi color; and wide format printing applications. Accurate and repeatable pad stroke adjustment is digitally controlled using optical sensors. There are no mechanical limit switches to adjust or break down.
The G2-150M printer differs from the G2-150 by a fixed logic CPU controller with user-friendly membrane switch interface panel, covering print mode selection and machine set up functions. This printer’s built-in electrical and pneumatic quick connecting system enables it to easily interface with "plug-and-play" accessories. This difference makes the M series substantially more affordable than the G2-150 model.
As with all G2 series printers, the G2-150M has the following control features:
- Emergency stop with air dump
- Safety "pulsed slow start"
- Convenient setup mode features
- Single-print, double-print and continuous-print cycle modes
