 
 Mechanically, the G2-100/115M is a sturdy and capable "stand-alone" pad printer, inheriting the same mechanical specifications, main frame construction, quality pneumatic and mechanical components and printing capacity as the G2-100/115.
Operationally, the G2-100/115M offers the same user-friendly setup and print functions, two-color capability with optional plug-and-play pneumatic shuttle part indexing system, zero-adjustment plate and ink cup systems and the same 5 year warranty as the G2-100/115. The only differences between the G2-100/115 and the G2-100/115M is the control system and cost.
 The G2-100/115M printer is equipped with fixed-logic CPU circuitry and a membrane switch control panel featuring easy-to-use print mode selection, and machine set up functions. Accurate and repeatable pad stroke adjustment is digitally controlled using optical sensors. There are no mechanical limit switches to adjust or break down.
As with all G2 series printers, the G2-100/115M has the following control features:
- Emergency stop with air dump
- Safety "pulsed slow start"
- Convenient setup mode features
- Single-print, double-print and continuous-print cycle modes
