Automatic dice printer

This fully automatic system prints novelty dice on all facets in one pass. The dice are bulk fed from a hopper to a vibratory bowl, which sends them to a staging track. The dice are then moved continuously through a walking beam indexer which advances them through the printing stations while simultaneously re-orienting them, so that all six sides are printed with unique artwork. A short track at the end of the process allows ink drying time before the dice drop into a bin (not pictured).
