At first glance, our new BOSS-125M pad printer looks exactly like the industry leading BOSS-125. Conceived to meet the special demands of the promotional industry and other general printing requirements, the BOSS-125M delivers a quality printer with easy open access for changeovers.
Mechanically, the BOSS-125M printer retains the same mechanical specifications, main frame construction, quality pneumatic and mechanical components and "plug-and-play" printing capabilities as the original BOSS-125 printer.
Operationally, the G2-100/115M offers the same user-friendly setup and print functions, two-color and four-color capability with optional plug-and-play pneumatic shuttle part indexing systesm, zero-adjustment plate and ink cup systems and the same 5-year warranty as the BOSS-125. The only differences between the BOSS-125 and the BOSS-125M are the control system and cost.
The BOSS-125M printer is equipped with fixed-logic CPU circuitry and a membrane switch control panel featuring easy-to-use print mode selection and machine setup functions. Accurate and repeatable pad stroke adjustment is digitally controlled using optical sensors. There are no mechanical limit switches to adjust or break down.
As with all G2 series printers, the BOSS-125M has the following control features:
- Emergency stop with air dump
- Safety "pulsed slow start"
- Convenient setup mode features
- Single-print, double-print and continuous-print cycle modes
