BOSS-125 1-Color Option:

A unique style, rigid cast design and solid construction distinguish the BOSS-125 from its brother the G2-125. Conceived to meet the special demands of the promotional industry and other general printing requirements, the BOSS-125 delivers a quality printer with easy open access for changeovers, full (A) its control system, which we redesigned to substantially reduce (B) its overall cost.

The BOSS-125 printer features programmable controller with touch screen interface offers easy-to-use print mode selection, machine setup functions and multiple job setting recall. A built in electrical quick connect and software enables this printer to easily interface with fully automated production lines.

BOSS-125 Transverse “Plug-and-Play” Cup Drive and Plate System:
The plug-and-play transverse cup drive and plate system allows for longer and wider printing areas of up to 3.25” tall and up to 11.5” long. The transverse inking plate system easily installs in under 5 minutes, to allow switching between wide format and standard printing Once installed, the cup travel quickly adjusts between 6", 8" and 12" while retaining the same pad to plate center point. The transverse cup system is ideal for printing on long parts or rectangular artwork.

BOSS-125 2-Color “Plug-and-Play” Shuttle and Plate System:
The BOSS-125 plug-and-play two color system allows for two-color images that fit in a 3.75” diameter image area to be printed sequentially The part remains in the fixture and is moved between stations with micrometer precision using a pneumatic shuttle slide. The zero-adjustment pin registration plate system developed by Printex allows for a precisely registered print every time with no setup readjustment needed.  The two-color print program allows for independent print stroke adjustments on station one and two to accommodate different artwork requirements. This program also allows for an adjustable delay between cycles to give the operator enough time for loading and unloading.  The two-color plug-and-play attachment is ideal for medium to short production runs requiring frequent job changes between one- and two-color applications.

BOSS-125 4-Color “Plug-and-Play” Shuttle and Plate System:
The BOSS-125 plug-and-play four color-servo linear indexer combined with four-up cup drive and pin registered plate system enables four-color printing of images that fit in a 2.125” diameter image area. Four-color image is printed sequentially. The printed part remains in the fixture and is indexed through the print stations with high precision by the servo linear indexer. The pitch between print stations is 3-1/16”. Each indexed position can adjusted laterally in .001” increments. Each of the four indexing positions can be selectively turned on and off to save time when printing less than four colors. The zero-adjustment pin registration system developed by Printex allows for a precise print registration every time with no setup readjustment needed. The four-color print mode software provides an adjustable delay between print cycles allowing the operator enough time for loading and unloading. The four-color servo shuttle is ideal for small to medium production runs requiring up to four colors.
