All print heads are mounted on Printex's quick-mount XYR printer stages. The entire system is shielded and guarded. Controls are comprised of a PLC with a touchscreen interface, and an incorporated modem allows for remote monitoring and diagnostics.

 The strength and flexibility of our G2 modular design
This G2 AMP system performs multi-color, multi-position printing on the plastic housing of an electronic device.
Two G2-100/115 printers and one RP-60R printer are mounted on a 40-inch diameter, eight-position turntable. The turntable features motor/cam drive for maximum accuracy.
The two G2-100/115's perform a two-color marking on one surface of the housing; the RP-60R performs a single-color marking on an adjacent side of the housing. Thanks to the rotating print head of the RP-60R, part re-orientation is not necessary to achieve all markings in one machine cycle.
