This five-color printing system was designed to meet the customer's requirements for wide spacing between stations due to their large part size. A perfect example of G2 modularity and flexibility, the system uses our G2-175 MPPS printer, featuring five print stations with 115 mm G3 double edge ceramic ring; sealed ink cups; Printex zero-adjust pin registration image/plate system; programmable PLC controller; touch screen interface panel to provide the operator with full control of all print parameters as well as job settings storage for 100 jobs and Printex accurate pad stroke control system. The G2-175 printer still retains all the standard pre-programmed plug-and-play accessories capabilities.

The servo driven plug-and-play carousel indexer features 18-part stations, offering smooth fast indexing and accurate part registration with 6.75" center-to-center distance between stations.
