G2-100/115

Larger in size with more power and versatility than the G2 60/85 printer, the Printex G2 100/115 machine is a capable stand-alone pad printer as well as a central component in a user-installable, “plug-and-play” automated system utilizing the Printex Amp or SMP platform for automated or multicolor production. Installation or removal of a G2-100/115 to and from the AMP or SMP can be accomplished in under five minutes.

The G2 100/115 printer features a programmable controller with a touch screen interface, offering easy-to-use print mode selection, machine setup functions and multiple job setting recall. A built-in electrical quick connect and software enables this printer to easily interface with fully automated production lines.

The G2 100/115 accepts both 100 mm and 115mm double edge ceramic ink cups and zero-adjust pin registered plate system for one color applications. An optional two-color “plug-and-play” kit with dual cup drive mechanism, dual pad adaptors and an automatic two-position shuttle can be easily installed to give this machine two color printing capability.

Additional “Plug-and-Play” accessories for this machine includes: a motor-driven rotary turntable, automatic pad tape off unit and machine stand.

G2-100 Turntable (servo motor driven) “plug and play” attachment.

The G2-100 plug and play rotary table maintains precise indexing while allowing for increased output through simultaneous loading and printing. This servo driven turn table allows the operator to be separated from the printer. Optional part pretreatment; post print drying; and automatic part removal stations can be added around the turn table to increase production capabilities. The variable pitch on the 12” diameter table allows the user to select among two-, four-, six- or eight-station indexing depending on part size and or application. Installation is of this turn table is quick and simple.

G2-100 2-Color “Plug-and-Play” Attachment.

The G2-100 “plug-and-play” two-color attachment allows for two-color images that fit within a 3.25” diameter image area to be printed sequentially. The part remains in the fixture and is moved between stations with micrometer precision using a pneumatic slide. The zero-adjust pin registration system developed by Printex allows for a precise print every time with no setup readjustment needed. The two-color print program allows for independent print stroke adjustments on station one and two to accommodate different artwork requirements, and this program also allows for an adjustable delay between cycles giving operator enough time for loading and unloading. This two-color plug-and-play kit is ideal for medium to short production runs requiring frequent job changes between one- and two-color applications.
