Printex offers the UVAC series of high-quality exposure units for photopolymer printing plates processing, offering customers the convenience of plate making in their own shop.
The UVAC exposure unit features an adjustable digital timer, a reliable vacuum hold-down system with on-board vacuum gauge to provide vacuum status information at a glance. The built in safety interlock prevents accidental exposure to UV light.
UVAC units use widely available UV fluorescent lamps, which minimize maintenance costs and light quality changes. The vinyl vacuum blanket is durable, but removes easily for replacement if necessary.

The Printex Drying Tunnel is intended to augment any pad printing operation by providing the means for accelerated curing of all types of air-drying and catalyzed inks. This infra red unit features continuously adjustable belt speed, adjustable tunnel openings, high-volume tunnel fans and full-length heating elements. Single-phase 115 V-20A power input means convenient operation with any standard utility service outlet.

The RP-60R is designed to work with automated systems with space restraints where surfaces must be printed upright.
